In these sessions, we work with anyone interested in learning about the challenges of balancing family and paid work and how they can help make the company more parent-friendly.

I conduct workshops aimed at mothers, fathers, and anyone wanting to create a more inclusive, respectful work environment that supports a healthy life balance and joint responsibility. The goal is to raise awareness of the challenges in balancing family and work life and collaborate on making it easier for everyone.

 

I also facilitate circles for parents, working together to ease their transition back to paid work, value the skills developed through parenting, and help them find a balance to fully enjoy all aspects of their lives. This enhances personal and family well-being, and improves professional performance.

Finally, I offer training for managers, team leaders, and HR professionals to raise awareness and provide effective tools to support the reintegration of mothers and fathers, and to conduct bias-free selection processes. This initiative promotes a more inclusive company culture and strengthens relationships between both parties.

By the end of our collaboration, each participant should feel capable of applying what they've learned, implementing relevant actions, and achieving sustained change over time.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement: I believe the work environment and people's needs are constantly evolving. Therefore, I promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. It is essential to regularly review and update policies, learn from experiences, and be open to exploring new alternatives to ensure the best practices are implemented and adapt to the changing needs of the workforce.
