I asked Lu to design and deliver a training on biases regarding maternity and paternity processes, including tips and advice for leaders to be more inclusive when accompanying employees in their processes. Lu proved to be an active listener to the current challenges we were facing and integrated them into the training, turning pain points into possibilities for improvement. The training was not only very relevant to our needs but also very interactive, engaging the audience in participation and reflection. I highly recommend her for this type of service and advice, Lu can speak from her expertise as a human resources professional but at the same time, she speaks from the heart in a frank, open and courageous way by sharing her experience as a mother who tries to reconcile in her day to day life.
