Companies play a fundamental role as social agents by promoting and facilitating the balance between family and professional life. They have the ability to support parents in managing their responsibilities, allowing them to balance their roles, take care of their mental health, and promote joint responsibility. Additionally, by doing so, they contribute to building a more conscious, more welcoming and healthier society for families.

About Me

For over a decade, I held various roles, eventually becoming an HR Manager. I had the privilege of leading teams, training people, and developing talent.

After having my son, I discovered the significant challenge of being both a mother and a professional. I decided to refocus my career, channeling all my knowledge and experience into this project.

Today, I dedicate myself to helping companies adopt measures, policies, and initiatives that promote and support a healthy life balance, allowing mothers and fathers to find a healthier balance between their family and work time, enabling them to take care of themselves, be present, and enjoy every aspect of their lives.
