First and foremost, I am a woman, mother, and professional.<\/b><\/p>

I graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Management, then completed a postgraduate degree in Human Resources, and later trained as a Coach.
Over more than a decade, I held various roles, eventually becoming an HR Manager. I had the privilege of leading teams, training people, and developing talent.<\/p>

After having my son, I discovered the significant challenge of being both a mother and a professional. I decided to refocus my career, channeling all my knowledge and experience into this project.
Today, I dedicate myself to helping companies adopt measures, policies, and initiatives that promote and support a healthy life balance, allowing mothers and fathers to find a healthier balance between their family and work time, enabling them to take care of themselves, be present, and enjoy every aspect of their lives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
